熔融指数仪
用途：
本设备主要用于测试熔融黏度较高（流率在0.15—50G/10MIN之间）
之热塑性塑胶等材料在制程中聚合物流率之均匀性，广泛应用于塑料
生产、塑料制品、石油化工等行业及有关院校、科研单位和商检部门。
本设备设计符合ASTM-D1238、D3364，ISO-1133，UNI-5640，GB3682-
83等热塑性塑料熔体流动速率试验方法。
主要技术参数
01.温控范围：常温--400℃，精度±0.5℃以内，波动度：±0.5℃；
02.标准负荷：0.325KG，1.200KG，2.160KG，3.800KG，5.000KG，10.000KG，21.600KG；
03.料筒尺寸：内径：Ф9.55±0.025mm，长度为160mm；（材质：耐腐蚀高硬度合金钢）
05.口模尺寸：内径2.095±0.005mm，内壁光洁度不低于0.2um，高度为8.000±0.025mm。（材质：碳化钨）；
07.切料装置：手动切料、自动切料可供选择；
